Finally made to Bills in Darlinghurst, has been on my bucket list for years. And oh boy it didn’t disappoint. Amazing food and atmosphere. I would highly recommend Bills if you are in the area. Coffee was well poured. Food was well seasoned and a perfect stop for brunch. We even purchased his latest recipe book.
